A single draft horse can pull 8,000 pounds. Two can move 16,000 pounds independently. Properly trained to work together and they can pull 32,000 pounds! Great teamwork is communication without words. It is seeing what the people around you need without asking them. It is showing appreciation for the people around you by helping them before they ask for it. The success of a business is largely dependent on teamwork.
